Bullies & Co. no longer accepts Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores.
Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully and make sure you measure properly.(Size charts are located in the photo area of the collars you'd like to purchase.)
Size: Sizes displayed on collars are precise. Make sure to take the time to measure your dogs neck and head size. We can no longer accept exchanges because the lack of others not measuring and guessing their dogs neck sizes. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? – YOU MIGHT ASK..
Because your dog deserves the best and does not want to wear someone else's collar, even if it is just once.
We also had to stop accepting exchanges/returns because customers were not taking the time to measure their dogs neck size at all. We are a small family business and can no longer accept the expenses we incur when a customer doesn't take the time to properly measure.
If you have any questions about measuring your dogs neck, you can e-mail us info@bulliesandco.com and we will gladly assist you or you can check the sizing chart located in the photos area of the collar you want to purchase!
Once again - All sales are final, No exceptions!

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bulliesandco.com and send your item to: PO BOX 649 Eastport, NY 11941
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is approved for a damage return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping - If an item you ordered gets lost in the mail. Our products have with insurance with the postal service to cover an unexpected loss for you. If this happens you will need to contact the shipping service provider and open a claim with them.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you are approved for a damaged returned, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
